As The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration tell us, “drive sober or get pulled over.”
Shortly after 12 a.m. on Wednesday, former teen heartthrob and “Partridge Family” star, David Cassidy was pulled over 10 miles south of Albany in upstate New York for failing to dim his headlights, according to authorities.
The 63-year-old Cassidy was charged with felony DWI after tests showed a .10 blood-alcohol content. New York’s legal limit is .08.
It comes as a felony because he was convicted of DUI in Florida in 2011. Cassidy, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is in New York for a horse racing meet. He is free on $2,500 bail and is due in Schodack Town Court on September 4th.
