Jane still has a gun, but she’s lost another leading man.
Bradley Cooper became the fourth key player to quit the Natalie Portman-produced Western flick, Jane Got a Gun, reports Deadline. The news comes after a tumultuous March when Michael Fassbender, Jude Law and the film’s original director each consecutively vacated production.
“Regretfully, due to date conflicts between the film I am currently shooting for David O. Russell and Jane Got A Gun, I am unable to join Natalie, Joel [Edgerton], Noah [Emmerich] and Gavin [O’Connor] on this truly exciting project,” said Cooper in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter. “I was really looking forward to being a part of it and hope to work with each and every one in the future.”
